Welcome to the online Exhibitor Services Manual for the Woodworking Machinery & Supply Expo (WMS), September 24 - 26, 2009, International Centre, Toronto (Mississauga), Canada. This website is for participating exhibitors in the Woodworking Machinery & Supply Expo (WMS) . Within this site, you will find everything you need to successfully participate in this exhibition. Show Management has lined up a team of industry professionals to make your exhibit experience a smooth process. Please take the time now to review this site carefully. It will save you TIME and MONEY.

The Official Contractors/Order Forms section contains order forms for all Official Service Contractors. Show Management has contracted out to a selected group of companies the responsibility to perform the various tasks needed to set up, operate and dismantle the exhibits. It is to your advantage to choose the Official Contractors as provided in this Online Exhibitor Manual. Official Contractors maintain a presence on-site, providing trained technical staff to support your needs. Show Management does not associate with any company other than those chosen as the Official Contractor.

New: Please click here to download the official letter regarding WMS 09 from the Canada Border Service Agency. It is recommended that this letter be presented by any exhibitor coming into Canada from abroad as part of their customs documents. If you have any questions about customs or shipping, please contact GES CANADA at 905/283-0500, email: toronto@gesexpo.com, or review the GES CANADA forms within the exhibitor manual.

Be sure to complete your Program Listing as soon as possible. Listings will appear in the Web Marketing & Exhibit Directory Listing, and will be included on the WMS web page. If you have any questions regarding your listing, please email wms@heiexpo.com.

If you use an Independent Contractor for your exhibit set-up & tear-down, please notify Hall-Erickson, Inc. and GES in writing. Exhibitors must also ensure that their independent contractors submit a general liability certificate of insurance before they will be allowed to perform work on the show floor.
