Now you can offer discounted registration to your customers.

We have already launched the attendance promotion plan with post card mailings, full-page advertisements in the leading Canadian and U.S. woodworking magazines and a detailed email campaign to over 40,000 attendee prospects. WMS wants to help you invite your best customers to attend the Woodworking Machinery and Supply Expo and offers many ways for you to communicate.

#1.Promote the event web site www.woodworkingexpo.ca to your customers and prospects. Onsite, "Exhibits Only" registration will be $30, but if they register online before September 11, they pay only $10 using the following VIP Code: VIPCODE09. After September 11, online registration is still only $20. You can promote this web site in a number of ways

  • Email it - include it in your emails to customers
  • Print it - include it in your letters and show promotion to customers

#2. A supply of "Exhibitor VIP Invitations" will be sent to each exhibitor in early August. These printed promotion pieces are coded with a VIP code which allows the attendee to register at no charge. Each exhibitor will receive 50 of these valuable coupons to distribute. If you are interested in receiving more, you can buy them for only $10 each, still a great discount off of the onsite fee of $30.

#3. Show Management has already started an aggressive email marketing campaign, but we will give you the opportunity to join in. You can either supply us with a list of email addresses to merge into our list or we can provide you copy to include in your promotion plans.
